Online Returns

When purchasing from Mrs. Lovejoy you automatically agree to all information below. 

1. All returns requests must be made within 7 days received date and require a returns authority form. 
2. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. 
3. All tags must be attached.  
4. We will not accept refund for change of mind but change change of size yes.
5. We do not accept returns on sale or promotion items. 

Please note:

• Any and all returns sent back without an authorised online return request and a returns authorisation form will not be accepted or processed. 
• Mrs. Lovejoy is not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit. 
• The returns postage will be of the customer's own expense and will not be reimbursed. 

How to return and exchange:

2. Please email us at mrslovejoybali@gmail.com
3. Upon receiving the package, you will find enclosed your purchase, invoice. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return an item it must be returned with the returns form and the invoice that comes with the purchase.

Store Exchanges

Bali Boutique:

1. Due to the nature of holiday shopping, all exchanges must be addressed within 48 hours of purchase.
2. All exchanges must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags attached, we will not accept tampered or worn goods.
3. We cannot ship out exchanges to our traveling customer's home countries. Exchanges must be done in person and addressed by the shop of purchase.
